We developed a system of digital Menu Boards managed through Dex Manager, with content segmented by location and time. The integration with social networks allowed us to dynamize the customer experience and update the commercial proposal in real time.

DESCRIPTION

Displaying menus and promotions is no longer enough: Burger King's goal was to capture the attention of its customers, influence their purchasing decision, streamline order taking and update prices and promotions in a centralized way.
To achieve this, digital Menu Boards integrated with social networks were implemented, managed through Dex Manager.
This solution made it possible to renew the visual aesthetics of the stores and distribute content in real time, segmented according to schedules and geographic location, bringing dynamism and flexibility to point-of-sale communication.

RESULTS

The implementation of digital Menu Boards allowed Burger King to modernize its point-of-sale communication and increase interaction with its customers. The remote and centralized management of content facilitated the permanent updating of prices and promotions, while the integration with social networks generated a closer and more participatory experience.
