WHAT WE HAVE DONE
We implemented Dex Manager to centralize the management of digital Menu Boards, composed of Samsung professional displays, and developed a comprehensive support plan with Hasar Chile to ensure its proper functioning throughout the network.

Starbucks arrived in Chile in 2003 and currently has more than 230 branches in the country. The company needed a solution to manage and support the complex network of digital signage distributed in each of its stores.
Through Dex Manager and in alliance with Hasar Chile, a strategy was designed and implemented to centrally manage all the content of the Menu Boards, ensuring visual consistency, agile updating and efficient technical support throughout the branch network.

RESULTS
The centralized management of the Menu Boards through Dex Manager has allowed Starbucks to optimize the administration of its digital signage, guaranteeing uniformity in the presentation of the menus and an immediate update of the contents. The comprehensive support implemented ensures that each branch has operational and updated screens, thus improving the customer experience and reinforcing the brand's presence throughout the country.
