Lucciano's, recognized for offering the best premium ice cream in the market, needed to evolve its digital menus and make communication management more efficient in all its stores. The company had a system based on televisions updated manually via pen drives, which made it difficult to update prices and promotions, in addition to facing the replacement of screens that had reached the end of their useful life.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
We designed and implemented a comprehensive digital menu solution with professional Samsung displays and integrated Dex Manager, connecting the content created by the marketing team with the Dex Store price management system. In addition, we centralized the international operation of the network and guaranteed its 24/7 operation with a dedicated team, ensuring that each store in Argentina, Spain, the United States and Uruguay offers a uniform, dynamic and updated visual experience in real time.
