We designed and installed digital signage for the lobby of each floor, interactive signage to orient visitors and collaborators, and a meeting room management system integrated with Microsoft Office 365 through Dex Manager.

As part of the inauguration of the Plaza Galicia corporate building, the entity needed to modernize internal communication, optimize visitor orientation and improve the management of its meeting spaces.
A network of digital signage strategically located in the lobby of each floor was developed to transmit corporate information and news, as well as digital signage that facilitates the location of key spaces and areas.

In addition, a room management system was implemented that integrates Microsoft Office 365 with Dex Manager, allowing for real-time booking, management and viewing of availability from any device.

RESULTS
The implementation of signage and digital signage allowed Banco Galicia to improve communication and orientation within the Plaza Galicia building, offering a modern experience consistent with its corporate image. The integrated room management system optimized the use of meeting spaces, reduced conflicts in reservations and facilitated the coordination of activities, bringing greater efficiency to daily operations.
