RESULTS
The solutions implemented turned Adidas stores into interactive and differentiated spaces. Communication ceased to be unidirectional and became a two-way experience, where each customer felt part of the brand. With Dex Manager as the management platform, the company was able to transmit information, entertainment and added value in each interaction, consolidating its innovative positioning in the market.
