Adidas, recognized worldwide for its innovation, sought to reinforce its brand image and enhance interaction with customers at each point of sale.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
We implemented touch screens, video mirrors and video walls managed with Dex Manager in the most important stores in Argentina. In addition, we intervened emblematic shop windows such as the one in Unicenter Shopping, the Palermo Queens store and the Adidas store in the Boca Juniors Stadium, incorporating high impact semi-outdoor screens.

The proposal was to transcend unidirectional communication to offer interactive experiences that would connect more deeply with consumers. Each resource implemented not only improved the visibility and aesthetics of the spaces, but also integrated new forms of interaction:


digital mirrors, touch screens and synchronized video walls that enhanced the branding and in-store experience.

RESULTS

The solutions implemented turned Adidas stores into interactive and differentiated spaces. Communication ceased to be unidirectional and became a two-way experience, where each customer felt part of the brand. With Dex Manager as the management platform, the company was able to transmit information, entertainment and added value in each interaction, consolidating its innovative positioning in the market.
