Cosmopol faced the challenge of revolutionizing the way it communicates in each space of the shopping mall, with the objective of offering differential and high-impact experiences to its visitors.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
We developed a comprehensive turnkey visual communication project that included the installation of more than 500 m² of LED screens throughout the mall and a LED screen of more than 120 m² in the outdoor Auditorium, designed for live shows, advertising and film projection. In addition, we incorporated LED screens at the main entrances, communication and advertising totems distributed on each floor, and interactive directories with Driving Directions in the aisles, offering visitors a complete and high-impact digital experience.

The project not only provided the mall with the best digital signage technology, but also transformed the way visitors interact with the space.
From the arrival at the mall to each point of contact, dynamic, modern and segmented visual experiences were generated according to schedules and days of the week.

RESULTS

The mall now has a robust and versatile digital communication system. Interactive screens, totems and directories allow for better traffic management and offer relevant and segmented communications. Cosmopol has become a benchmark for innovation in the retail experience, effectively connecting with its visitors and transforming each visit into a unique experience.
